Launch Master (Ripride)

Postion Overview

The Launch Master is the crew chief of the Ripride Zipline! This role combines team leadership with operations management and even psychology and negociating skills. The LM is the person who ensures the safety of all zipliners and crew members. This postion can only be earned via graduating through the Ripride zipline module system.

Position Requirements:

18 plus, First Aid- CPR C, Blingual (French- English), Ripride Scheduler Modules, Ripride LA Modules

Payscale:

$17/hr to $19/hr

Additional Information:

This is a graduated position in GCB’s Module Program for the Ripride. In order to begin work at this position one needs to have had prior experience with one of GCB’s entry level positions such as Retrieval Operator and then completed the Launch Assitant module requirements.
